Shipping & Returns

Orders taken in the morning are posted on the same day, except on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays.
Shipping cost is indicated when the order is taken, before confirmation.

Deliveries within France mainland

For security reasons deliveries in France are made with La Poste tracked letters for small orders, or Collissimo for heavyer ones. Prices start at 1.70 EUR and are calculated by weight of each item. Shipping is free for orders over 100 EUR.

Deliveries to French overseas territories and departements DOM TOM

We ship to DOM-TOM, specify France DOM or France TOM as your country.

Deliveries outside France

We ship to the European Union via postal services. Please contact us for shipment to other countries.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your product, please email info@justecordes.com stating the reason for return. We will issue you with an return number and instructions.
