- The placement of an order implies the acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Payment
The payment will be taken at the time of the order, not at the time of shipping.
You can pay by card. Cards issued by banks outside France must be international payment cards.
To ensure the security of your payments, we use the secure transaction service 'Citélis' provided by our Bank "Crédit Mutuel". This system provides secure online payment using SSL. We have no knowledge of your card details at any time during the transaction.
Guarantee
Instruments are guaranteed a minimum of 2 years, or more depending on the manufacturers.
It covers defects that appear during normal use of the product, excluding other issues including (i) instruments subjected to extreme temperature or humidity (ii) modifications to the instrument (iii) setup by unapproved person .
Privacy
All the data collected on the website is strictly used by JusteCordes.com.
Our company will never share this data with a third party.
We do not have access to your credit card number, the financial transaction is handled by the Citélis SSL service of the Crédit Mutuel bank.
